Pre-university training

Pre-university training of university entrants is the integral part of continuing education.

One of the main goals of pre-university education is elimination of the growing gap between the level of knowledge of school-leavers that are taught according to the standard basic curriculum and the requirements that are imposed to the first-year students. In addition, many of those who want to enter a university received previous education a few years ago, and therefore they are in need of additional training before preliminary exams.

Preparatory courses on the following subjects are organized to fill the gap in PSHPU entrants’ knowledge:

  • Russian language;

  • Foreign languages;

  • Mathematics;

  • History ofRussia;

  • Social Studies;

  • Biology;

  • Literature;

  • Physics.
