Educational programs of higher professional education are formed at the University according to the Russian legislation, in compliance with federal educational standards.

Educational process at the University is carried out at 13 faculties. Moreover, the process of pre-university education is organized including preliminary courses in 8 major school subjects. It exists at the faculty of additional education.
